Privacy Policy

My Loaded Tea ("we") runs the My Loaded Tea website and app at myloadedtea.app. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your information.

What We Collect

• Account info: your email address, the name you give us and your password (stored hashed by our login provider, so nobody can read it).
• Your stash: the teas you add, packet counts, reorder levels, favorites, wish list and reviews.
• Affiliate codes and your page: codes you save, and anything you put on your public page (page name, photo, links, socials, items for sale or trade).
• Orders and trades: when you order from or trade with another member, the contact details that member asks for (such as name, email, phone or Facebook link) and your shipping or pickup details.
• Daily Sip: photos, captions, comments and reactions you post on the members' photo feed.
• Friends and giveaways: friend requests and connections, and giveaway entries.
• Basic usage: page views and code copies on public pages (counted, not tied to visitors), and technical logs our hosts keep to run the service securely.

How We Use It

• To run the app: show your stash, your reorder list, your page and your orders.
• To send emails you need, like order and trade notices and password resets.
• To run giveaways, including contacting winners.
• To keep the service safe and fix problems.

Who Can See What

Your stash is private unless you share it. Anything you put on your public page can be seen by anyone with the link, including your badges. Your reviews show your first name. They show on your public page only if you turn on Show My Reviews. Mixes you share and reviews you write on mixes show your name to other members. Photos, captions and comments you post on Daily Sip show your name and profile photo to other signed-in members, and you can delete them any time. When you place an order or trade, the other member sees the contact details they asked for so they can complete it.

Payments

Affiliate+ subscriptions are paid through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Payments for orders between members are arranged directly between those members, not through us.

Services We Use

We use trusted providers to run the app: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (subscription payments), Resend (email) and Discord (private alerts to us about things like new sign-ups and reports). They only use your information to provide their service to us. Links to tea shops take you to those shops, which have their own privacy policies.

Keeping and Deleting Your Information

We keep your information while your account is open. Contact details shared for an order or trade are erased automatically 30 days after it closes. You can delete your account any time in Settings, under Delete My Account. That permanently removes your account and everything in it. See how to delete your account.

Children

My Loaded Tea is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Big changes will be announced in the app.
