Terms of Use

My Loaded Tea ("we") runs the website and app at myloadedtea.app. By using it you agree to these terms. They are written in plain words on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

What Belongs to Us

The app, its code, design, text, the tea catalog (including the way teas are named, grouped, colored and linked to stores), the packet artwork and other images we prepared, the flavor notes, the flyer designs, the badges and every tool on the site (My Teas, Order List, Shop, Flavor Match, Social Flyers, QR Codes and Links, Mixes, Daily Sip and public pages) are the property of My Loaded Tea and are protected by copyright and other laws. Brand names, tea names and product photos that belong to the tea companies remain theirs; we use them only to identify the real products members track and buy.

What You May Do

• Use the app for yourself, your stash, your customers and your affiliate business.
• Share your public page, flyers you make, QR codes and links anywhere you like. Those are made for sharing.
• Post your own photos, mixes, reviews and comments. You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to show it in the app.

What You May Not Do

• Copy, scrape, bulk download or redistribute the catalog, images, flavor notes, data or code, by hand or with a tool, including AI tools and site builders.
• Host, mirror or rebuild any part of the app, its images or its data on another site, app or service, with or without changes.
• Use the app to build or train a competing product or dataset.
• Remove or hide copyright notices, or present our work as your own or someone else's.
• Post content you do not have the right to post, or anything unlawful, hateful or harmful.
• Interfere with the service, other members' accounts or our systems.

Affiliate Codes and Store Links

Codes, links and discounts belong to the stores and their programs. We pass them through so orders count for you. The stores set their own rules, prices, stock and commissions, and they can change them at any time. We are not a store and we do not sell tea.

Affiliate+ and Payments

Paid plans renew until cancelled and can be cancelled any time from Settings. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Trials are free until they end. We may change plan features with notice in the app.

Your Account

Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will remove content that does. You can delete your account at any time; see our Delete Account page.

No Warranty

The app is provided as is. Stock, prices and store details come from the stores and can be out of date. We are not liable for losses from using the app, to the extent the law allows.

Reporting Copying or Misuse

If you see our catalog, artwork, data or tools being used somewhere they should not be, or if you believe something in the app infringes your rights, tell us through our support group and we will look into it quickly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
