Delete Your My Loaded Tea Account

In the App

1. Log in at myloadedtea.app or in the app.
2. Open the Menu, then Settings.
3. If you have Affiliate+, tap Manage Subscription and cancel it first.
4. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete My Account, type DELETE and tap Delete Forever.

Can't Log In?

Message us through our Facebook group with the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete it within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Everything: your account and login, your teas and counts, reviews, mixes, badges, affiliate codes, your public page, the photos you uploaded, orders and trade offers on your page, friends, and giveaway entries. Deletion is permanent and happens right away.

Stripe keeps its own records of past Affiliate+ payments as required by law. Members you ordered from or traded with keep the contact details you sent them until they're erased, 30 days after the order or trade closes.
